Tyler-Davis Ogden

Chief Executive Officer

Tyler-Davis Ogden has spent more than a decade building and leading healthcare ventures, including founding a pioneering company in the biologics field. His background spans clinical research and commercial leadership, and his work centers on wound healing, tissue repair, surgical biologic solutions, diabetes treatment and regenerative medicine, along with the systems required to deliver them consistently. Tyler is passionate about building and scaling medical companies, and about ensuring that growth translates into exceptional clinical outcomes for the patients they serve. He is equally committed to giving back. When back-to-back earthquakes struck Venezuela on June 24, 2026, Tyler felt called to help and responded quickly, joining the search-and-rescue operations in La Guaira and coordinating with multinational teams on the ground. He is currently completing Harvard Medical School's Global Health Care Leaders Program.

Alan Daniel

President

Alan Daniel is a healthcare executive and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling companies across the medical industry. A graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial Sciences, he founded his first medical diagnostics company while still in college, launching a career focused on bringing innovative healthcare solutions to market. Throughout his career, Alan has led organizations specializing in laboratory diagnostics, allergy treatment, genetic testing, clinical research, and biologic therapies. His expertise includes strategic partnerships, commercialization, and business development. Inspired by the positive impact biologic therapies had during his father's battle with Parkinson's disease, Alan remains committed to advancing innovative therapies through strategic collaboration and responsible commercialization.

Christa Villafranca

Director of Operations

Christa Villafranca is an operations leader with a passion for business, healthcare innovation, and beauty. She studied Healthcare Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Arizona State University and previously worked as a licensed insurance agent, developing valuable experience in risk management, liability, and responsible decision-making. Having grown up around entrepreneurship, Christa developed an early appreciation for leadership, organization, and the work required to build a successful business. Today, she helps transform ideas into scalable systems, strengthen business relationships, and support emerging ventures from strategy through execution. As Miss Grand Texas 2026, she also demonstrates a commitment to confidence, leadership, and making a positive impact in the communities she serves.

Antonio Swad

Executive Chairman

Antonio Swad is an American entrepreneur and brand builder who founded Wingstop and Pizza Patrón and grew both into internationally recognized brands. His expertise lies in identifying market opportunity, building brands and scaling multi-unit operations across markets. At GHI he applies that commercial and franchise-style expansion discipline to the growth of the group's healthcare companies.

Michael Goeree

Partner

Michael Goeree is also Chief Executive Officer of Medfiniti, which operates HemWellMD. Originally from the Netherlands, he served in the Special Forces of the Royal Netherlands Army before moving into healthcare. His expertise spans medical technology, surgical clinic operations, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory approval pathways and insurance reimbursement.
