Innovators

The people behind two decades of development

GHI brings together clinicians, scientists and operators who have spent their careers moving treatments from research into practice — and into the health systems that need them most.

Research philosophy

How we decide what to develop

Our R&D agenda is set at group level and executed inside the operating companies, so that scientific work and clinical delivery stay connected.

Root cause before symptom

Our development work starts from the underlying mechanism of a condition — insulin resistance, impaired healing, age-related decline — rather than its surface presentation.

Designed for real health systems

A protocol only matters if a clinical team can run it. Every program is developed alongside the training, documentation and supply chain it will need in the field.

Patience over hype

More than twenty years of development work in age-related and chronic conditions informs what we take forward and what we set aside.

Access as a design constraint

We develop with underserved settings in mind, working with ministries of health and NGOs so that availability is part of the plan, not an afterthought.

Leadership

Meet our team of innovators

Group leadership brings together healthcare operating experience, commercial scale-up discipline, regulatory and clinical expertise, and the day-to-day operations work that keeps programs running.
